Domestic US Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $100 or more shipping in the continental United States by delivery of domestic US inventory（excluding shipping locations outside of US inventory)* .  Shipping charges for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout according to the delivery service you’ve chosen. We’ll start packing your order as soon as your credit card is authorized and will send you a confirmation email when it ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received weekdays after 10am EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

All standard shipping packages are shipped via USPS and we offer the following shipping options.

• Orders $100 or more: Standard (5 to 7 business days) - FREE 
• Orders under $100: Standard (5 to 7 business days) - $8

• 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $20
• Next Day Air (1 business day) - $35

Please make every effort to provide a street address. We are not able to ship to PO Box, APO, or US territories at this time. 

Please note: Orders with 5 units or more or are valued at $500 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping:

We welcome orders in almost all countries, as long as our current shipping carriers offer service there.

If you don't see a shipping method, unfortunately we cannot ship to that country at this time. 

All of our shipping rates are a flat price, and will depend on your country. These rates do not include customs fees and/or taxes required by the importing country.

1. If you ordered everything are in-stocked it usually takes us 2-3 days to prepare;
2. If you ordered something with our services. (i.e.customized products in small quantities service, assemble service) This type of order will take us around 1-2 weeks to prepare; 
3. If you put mass quantities order(s) or need customized products service，based on the confirmed delivery date with us.
4. If your ordered both in-stock items and  customized products, everything will schedule for you until the customized products are ready. (If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier please split the order)
5. Shipping cost calculated and shipping time depend upon buyer location and what shipping method chosen.Usually, standard international shipping takes 5-15 business days,expedited international shipping(UPS,DHL or others), it takes around 3-10 business days to deliver. 

Not all shipping methods are available in all countries. If you don't see a shipping method at checkout, then unfortunately we cannot ship to that country.

General Shipping Policy:

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Tracking for orders shipped late afternoon may not update until the following business day. Please allow an extra day for processing during busy seasons.

These delivery estimates all begin once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

For Standard International orders, we ship using DHL eCommerce,Epacket. Final delivery may be handled by DHL or Epacket or local couriers; this can vary depending on your location. We do not have a comprehensive list of delivery practices for each country. If you have concerns about the shipping carrier, we recommend .

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. After this, changes or cancellations aren't possible. You can track your order status on  website   17track.net.
